Privacy and quality checks
- Remove card data, passwords, full addresses where unnecessary, and unrelated customer personal data.
- Do not upload a pile of screenshots without an evidence index.
- Do not accuse the customer of lying or fraud unless the platform reason and records support neutral fraud evidence language.
- Do not promise a win or imply platform, bank, card-network, or legal authority.
- Submit only through the platform, processor, or bank portal before the deadline.
